Making Every Contact Count

Making Every Contact Count (MECC) is an approach to behaviour change that utilises the millions of day to day interactions that organisations and people have with other people to encourage changes in behaviour that have a positive effect on the health and wellbeing of individuals, communities and populations.

Jill Calvert from Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council will be explaining how public sector, voluntary and charity staff can share healthy lifestyle messages and services with the public. She will also be demonstrating the service directory tool on the MECC website that will help staff and volunteers with signposting people to the right service and the right time.

This event will be hosted on MS Teams.
